I have a customer who bought 2 tunics from me. He needed them in a hurry just days before halloween. I made them and out the door they went. He says he got them on halloween day. He also ordered the same thing from Joe. He says Joe's didn't arrive until saturday. He comlained mine didn't fit right in an email halloween night around midnight. He says he didn't wear them to any of his parties at all. My question is how can he prove this to me? I don't give refunds for holiday costumes because of this type of thing happening. Joe told me if their worn no refund too. I think if you got these costumes on halloween, wouldn't you try them on and then email me any concerns right after and not wait until midnight when most parties are ending? I believe he wore them to his parties and then emailed me his complaint. There's nothing I can do with worn used tunics, they were made to the exact measures he gave me. I know of no one else with these measures. Selling them on ebay would prove to be a very hard thing to do. It would be one in a billion chance, and I won't list them if the odds are that bad.
Anyone have anything they can suggest to me?
I know I'm making a complaint about myself here...LOL
