I made some purchases from Mr. Kerezman via his eBay channel, namely "captainamerica" a.k.a. CapAmerca's Cool Stuff Store back in the beginning of this year. Since most of the complaints I had read about him had seemed to stem from his online enterprise (www.costumecostumecostume.com) and not thru his eBay store, I felt this was a fairly safe option. I was wrong. I purchased several items at once during one of his "sales" - nothing grandiose - but enough to outfit three complete TOS uniforms with rank braid and Mirror, Mirror insignias. I waited the stated time frame mentioned in the "small print" he likes to attach to his eBay transactions and nothing, nada, zilch. I received no e-mail to let me know what was going on and no response to my queries, just a vacuum. I finally sent him one last e-mail informing him I was going to take the issue to eBay to let them know how disgusted I was with his lack of communication and/or delivery of goods, and that I would be contacting Paypal about my little problem. I gave him a timetable stating if I didn't receive some kind of notice from a shipping company showing the items enroute to me by a particular time I would go forward as I had indicated. Almost immediately (like overnight) the items were shipped (although using USPS the actual shipping notice did not indicate where it was until it just about arrived). Since I got my items I called it a draw, although Kerezman had some balls to request that I leave him good feedback for his "prompt delivery" - I also found it amusing that he had scrawled "REPLACEMENT" on the outside of the package as if he throught this would assuage my irritation with him.
