Posts: 2 03/18/08 18:08:59	Tags : None Hello, my name is Nick and I am looking for Peter from outworld sutlery. Last october my fiance placed an order with his website for a pair of TOS boots for me for Christmas, at which time he charged her paypal account. She started trying to contact him in mid December to see if her order was going to arrive on time, but got no response until she filed a dispute with paypal. At that time she got a response stating that the lead time for the order had not yet expired. So she closed the dispute assuming the boots were coming. It is now March 18th and we have not recieved the boots or the courtesy of a reply to let us know if they are even coming. Now, I feel that Outworld Sutlery should either deliver the boots or refund her money. I would prefer the boots, BUT, either way I feel we are owed a response from Peter. Peter, her name is Deana. EDIT: Outworld is not a cobbler so your wait is due to his waiting for the boots to come in..that is beyond his control..Yes an e-mail would be nice and we understand your concerns...Please keep the faith...Costuming is a hard business..everyone wants it today... More explanation than, "lead time for the order had not yet expired," would be nice if it's indeed what STUniformGuide is describing. Live long, and prosper.

Just that I would pass this on. I do assume he will be bacl in about a week. But I am only gueesing on his return time. Keith

Imagine if your roofing contractor was paid to put a roof on your house, then went on vacation (or business trip... whatever) for a few weeks..... would that be fair? If you take money for a costume, or any item, you must deliver that item in the time frame promised, or you must offer some compensation or at the minimum an explanation... Posts: 3 04/01/08 16:46:30	I understand about being out of town, but she placed this order back in October, and was told it would take about 8 weeks. Well guess what, it has been 20 weeks now, and we haven't heard from Peter since January. He has not replied to her emails. So to the "everyone wants it today" remark, I feel that we have been way beyond patient. Just tell us when you can deliver or give us a refund, simple.

Posts: 4 06/27/08 10:52:08	Do not buy anything from Outworld sutlery. Take your money to Vegas or go buy lottery tickets. We ordered TOS boots in Oct 07 and have received nothing. It is now June 08, Peter will not reurn my emails or phone calls. I got him on the phone once, 6 weeks ago and he told me I would have my boots in 2 weeks. Now he wont even pick up the phone. I am at the point where I am going to have to contact the Interstate commerce commission or file a lawsuit to get my money back. I dont understand the poor customer service, I am a business owner and I would never, never treat a customer with such disrespect. I mean come on, are you a legitimate business or a scam ?? At least respond.
