well, any and all corrections or repairs will be handled by a local tailor. I read your post Garver76 about them (SDC) "losing" your uniform after
you sent it back for repairs.
Some of the snaps have pulled off the black piping on my fiancee's jacket, some are coming a bit loose on mine. On my coat, the chest insignia and sleeve rank bar can be removed. On my fiancee's, for some reason, SDC attached the emblem and rank bar, and then stitched the jacket together, more or less sealing the pin clasps inside. My girl has a slightly stunted left arm. It's about 2" shorter than her right. SDC remembered this, and the coat sleeve is correspondingly shorter, but they goofed on the white shirt and it was my shirt that got the modified sleeve. We have taken them to a local tailor with 30 years experience and are having them swapped as we speak. When they come back, our shirts and more importantly, our collars will sit properly. That is hers wont be so loose, and mine wont be strangling me.
Like i said, not 100% perfect, but the errors will be corrected, and I'm happy to have finally received something after close to 10 months of waiting.
