I didn't get the motion picture uniforms as its just a little out of my price range at the moment and any spare cash is being used to get bits for my twok. Posts: 6 09/17/09 20:54:50	The one thing I liked about TMP uniform was the wrist communitcator, though I think most fans were "Wtf? Where's the flip top?" which after 10 yeras they were used to. I think that's what people think about the 2009 communitcator as well, doesn't look like what they're used to don't like it.

I love the wrist communicator! It seemed like the logical step up from the flip-tops. More advanced, and you had it on you at all times. I imagine that was the idea anyway, and was eventually followed through with the commbadges in the TNG-era.
