Even by the 12 week average, he's still late.  I suppose one week is early and 24 weeks the latest, which would average 13 weeks.  Or perhaps it's 5 weeks early and 20 weeks late? claimed to have processed on December 3 was not on it. Why am I not surprised.

that he had just finished sending out a bunch of refundsbut never specifically mentioned to me WHO they were sent to.  I didn&#39;t even ask Joe about this
