Does anyone know what James Cawley is using for his uniform collars? I saw on another board a link for springweave fabric, but is that what was used for third season tunics?

I know from doing some research that the season one material was a very nice velour fabric, which is probably very comfortable to wear, however, I'm finding it very difficult to find a good quality velour that isn't crushed. I'm not sure if this falls under the category of "uniforms and costumes" but I'm wondering if anyone has any hooks up for a twin size shiny Star Trek sheet set. I've checked ebay and roddenberry.com...there wasn't anything there. Although I did find this humorous sheet. Peter sent me a pic awhile ago using the pattern he uses..I had to elaborate on it having all this time on my hand(sorry Pete)..Heres what I came up with...Peters original pattern is awesome but too short unless you are using it as a wrist cuff....so I doubled it..

Does anyone know of a good source for black undershirts that fit as snugly and are long enough to keep tucked in as the ones used on the show? I know they were probably regular, store bought ones at the time, but quality undershirts -- especially in black -- are unfortunately a rarity now. The armholes are often way too oversized and they are too short in the body length. I'd like 100% cotton with a regular ribbed crew neck if possible.
