			<description><![CDATA[ Hello all. I have started working on my TWOK uniform. I decided to go with Marines for my Division color and was wondering about ranking.<br><br>I know that currently all the armed forces Officer Ranks are the same, but in the case of the Navy, go by different names(IE, Commander, Admiral, Etc.) my question is do you think that that holds true in the Movie time frame? For example, Colonel West in Star Trek VI wore an admiral rank, so can we assume then that the Captain rank stands for Lt... ]]></description>
