I am attempting to construct the Romulan jacket as worn in TNG with the "squared" shoulders (e.g. Toreth, Tomalak, etc)

I have seen "Judy's" jacket, and it isn't quite accurate. I am curious if anyone has access to an original (from IAW?) and could help me with some measurements, pics and/or details?

Anyone have a source for this fabric?

If not any one have a better photo or know what the fabric is?

From this screen grab it almost looks like it was knited. But I am sure I am wrong.
